An “open carry” gun owner and enthusiast plans to host another gun rally in Perry Square.
This time city officials are warning those who plan to attend about the consequences of bringing a gun.
Justin Dillon is instrumental in the “open carry” Pennsylvania Facebook page. He is planning a rally for June 22nd.
It’s the “Gun Owners Unite Day, Save the Second Amendment” rally.
Dillon says city officials originally resisted giving him a permit for the gazebo in Perry Square.
City officials say he’s been given a permit, but guns are not allowed to be carried in Perry Square.
The event will start at 1PM on Saturday, June 22nd

Per the link, the Solicitor, even after receiving my letter, has decided to enforce the ordinance. http://yourerie.com/fulltext?nxd_id=305632. We need funding to go into court and attempt to obtain a preliminary injunction. If you can get the word out, I would greatly appreciate it. Anyone donating can send donations to me at the below address. They should specify that it is for Justin Dillon, matter 30956. We are trying to raise $4000 because of all that is involved and the distance. Any unused funds will be donated to a 2A organization. Thanks!
